She began her professional journey with Haoma Wellness at the prestigious Taj Exotica Resort and Spa in Goa, where she managed the Ayurveda spa. There, she developed customized treatment plans, including Panchakarma therapies, for guests enrolled in wellness packages, ensuring a holistic healing experience. In addition to treatment planning, Dr. Theertha conducted wellness classes, educating guests on Ayurvedic principles and lifestyle practices to foster better health.
