Package Inclusions:

• Full Board Ayurveda meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) as per a prescribed Ayurveda diet
• Daily Ayurveda treatments for 60 to 90 minutes based on body analysis as recommended by the Ayurveda Physician (for Lifestyle and Wellness packages)
• Daily Ayurveda treatments for 90 to 120 minutes based on body analysis as recommended by the Ayurveda Physician (for Specific Ailments packages) Use of steam as recommended by the Ayurveda Physician
  Herbal medication specific to the dosha and health conditions during the course of the treatment

• Personal Ayurveda diet based on Tridosha or body type
• Pre check in, daily and final consultation with our Ayurveda Physician
• Professional translators for medical consultation (Initial and final consultation)
• Daily 60 minutes group yoga and meditation sessions at specified time with Yoga Guru
• Ayurveda remedies and nutritional advice by Physicians Lifestyle discussions and healthy living guidance by experts (Weekly)
• Guided nature walks and Ayurvedic cooking demonstrations at specified time
• Usage of swimming pool, activities and Wi-Fi
• Online Pre-consultation through with Ayurveda Physician before check in
• Post consultation for 3 months after check out
• One half-day sightseeing tour (only for package booking of 14 nights or more)

General Terms And Conditions:

• All rates are in INR unless otherwise mentioned
• Check-in: 14:00 hrs and Check-out: 12:00 hrs
• Extra nights will be charged on pro-rata basis.
• Early arrivals and late departures will incur additional charges and subject to availability
• For body massages, Gentlemen will have male therapists and Ladies will be attended by female therapists.
• The Management reserves the right to change the rate without any notice.

Supplement And Upgrade Charges:

• INR 2000/- per night for an upgrade to Lake View/ River view / Beach View
• INR 3000/- per night for a Premium Lake View / River View Cottage
• INR 5000/- per night for Private Pool Villa or River View Suite with butler service
• INR 6000/- per night for Traditional Cottage or Presidential Suite with butler service
• INR 6000/- per night for Club Room at The Raviz Kovalam with butler service
• Meal Rates for Accompanying Person: A person sharing the room and not availing the treatment shall be charged a meal supplement of Rs.4000/- + Tax per night which includes Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Reservations & Cancellations Conditions:

1. All rates are valid from 01st October 2023 to 31th March 2024 for The Raviz Kadavu
2. Meal Rates for Accompanying Person: A person sharing the room and not availing the treatment shall be charged a meal supplement of INR 5,000 + Tax per night which includes Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
3. Extra bed charges would be INR 1500 + Tax per night excluding meal charges.
4. All packages shall be reserved only by 100% advance payment / credit card guarantee.

Cancellation and No Show Charges:

• Cancellation between 44 to 25 days of guests scheduled arrival at the hotel, 50% of the advance will be forfeited.
• Cancellation between 24 to 10 days of guests scheduled arrival at the hotel, 75% of the advance will be forfeited.
• Cancellation between 10 days of guests scheduled arrival at the hotel, entire amount would be forfeited.
• Cancellation between 10 days of guests scheduled arrival at the hotel, entire amount would be forfeited. All communications to be made in writing in this regard.

PAYMENT, BANK CHARGES AND TRANSFERS
The hotel does not accept the responsibility for the payment to bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of money from your account to our bank. Any such fees or charges are your responsibility and cannot be deducted from payments.
